This new plan, puts an end to public smoking in all places that cannot be considered as outdoors, and it starts at July 1st 2009. This includes every company, restaurant, even night clubs.
Owners must create special spaces for smokers, which have to be totaly seperated from the rest of the place. For those who won't line with instructions, there is a 3000 euro fine waiting for them. In addition, 300 euro fine is defined for the smokers who will be "arrested" smoke in the "restricted areas"
