Water heater leak can be a continous nightmare for people who live in the apartment. Water heaters usually placed on lofts, so they aren't visible and easy to reach. This means that when we see a probable leak, the damage has already done.

Yet, it is easy to avoid this. A "pan" can be placed under the water heater with a drainage tube that enters the bathroom roof. If there is a leak, it can be seen before there is any damage.
