Our latest project involves the complete renovation of a 153 sq.m. apartment located in Agia Paraskevi. The residence was originally built in the 1980s, which made the replacement of all electrical and plumbing installations necessary.

Our primary goal was to create a comfortable and functional living environment that would offer a high quality of life for its residents.

The kitchen was fully redesigned. In the new open-plan kitchen and the adjoining living and dining area, the old floors were removed and replaced with solid tiles in light shades. The kitchen walls were fitted with handleless cabinets in white tones, harmoniously combined with a laminate countertop and island in natural wood hues.

The wooden flooring in the bedrooms was repaired, sanded, and polished.

The living room was upgraded with sleek, modern linear lighting fixtures in black, adding a bold contrast to the space.

Both the bathroom and WC followed the same design aesthetic, emphasizing elegance and timeless sophistication.

As part of the apartment’s energy upgrade, a security door was installed, and all openings were fitted with modern thermal-break aluminum frames. Additionally, an external insulation system (thermal façade) was applied to the outer walls, significantly enhancing the energy efficiency of the apartment.
