Our company's new project involves the complete renovation of a 150 sqm apartment in Chalandri. The original construction of the residence dates back to the 1980s. For this reason, all the plumbing and electrical installations were replaced.

Our goal was to create comfortable and functional spaces that would make the residents' lives easier and more enjoyable.

In the two bedrooms and the living-dining area, the wooden flooring was sanded and polished. In the bedrooms, aiming to preserve some traditional touches, we kept the impressive vintage wardrobe doors.

Additionally, the large living room space was surrounded by modern spotlights for extra lighting, creating a beautiful balance with the classic pendant lights.

The apartment's kitchen underwent a complete renovation. The floors were removed and replaced, while the walls were fitted with lacquered cabinets in cream tones, without visible handles, beautifully paired with a bakelite countertop and a table in warm wood colors. The bathroom and WC were renovated in the same style, with an emphasis on luxury and classic aesthetics.

The home was upgraded energetically with modern EXALCO aluminum frames with full thermal break technology to reduce heat loss. A security door was also installed for enhanced protection.

The selection of materials was based on the owners' preferences, whom we sincerely thank for their trust in our company.
