Our company's new project involves the complete renovation of a 75 sq.m. apartment on Plithonos Street, in the heart of Kallithea.

Our goal was to transform the space into a bright, warm, and pleasant apartment that enhances the comfort of its residents.

Throughout the apartment (kitchen, living room, and bedroom), the old flooring was replaced with new wood-effect porcelain tiles, which, combined with the white walls, create a minimalist yet cozy aesthetic.

The apartment’s kitchen underwent a complete renovation, with the walls fitted with acrylic cabinets in bright white tones, featuring a handle-free design. These were beautifully paired with a bakelite countertop and table in warm wood tones.

The bathroom was also fully renovated while maintaining the same minimal aesthetic.

The home was upgraded in terms of energy efficiency by installing modern electric shutters on the windows and replacing the heating radiators.

The selection of materials was based on the preferences of the owners, whom we sincerely thank for their trust in our company.
