Our new project is located northeast of the center of Athens, on Mikras Asias Street in the Goudi area.
This is a neighborhood with a strong student presence, as it is home to the Medical School and the Polytechnic University Campus.
The building consists of 6 floors with a pilotis and a basement that includes parking spaces and storage rooms.
A total of 10 high-aesthetic apartments are being developed, with carefully designed interior layouts to meet every need for comfort and functionality.
Situated among architecturally diverse building structures, we aimed on one hand to achieve the harmonious integration of the building into its urban environment in a simple and modern way, and on the other hand, to ensure the necessary privacy for its owners.
