Who wouldn't love to sleep and wake up to an unlimited, unobstructed 220-degree view stretching all the way to Aegina? That's the main reason we started this project, because you can even enjoy the view from the ground floor of the building!

Our new building, located in the highest and most sought-after part of Vrilissia, fully meets the demand for a home in the northern part of Attica, while at the same time being in an easily accessible area and relatively close to the metro and the center of Athens. It is located at 11 Karaiskaki Street, in a purely residential area with light traffic.

Our building consists of 4 floors and a basement with parking spaces and storage rooms. There are a total of 5 apartments, all of which are aesthetically pleasing, with careful interior design and enhanced amenities to match the glamour and demands of the area.

The location of the building is a point of reference for the area, as it is situated at one of the highest elevations in Attica and the view from all apartments is unparalleled. The design follows minimalist lines and color choices that enhance its location and blend perfectly with the environment.
